外贸客户不回复邮件如何跟进

当我们给客户发了报价邮件之后，客户却一直不回复，我应该如何跟进呢？

首先要分析一下客户不回复的原因。一是可能放假了，比如欧洲、日本、中东客户的假期比较多，国外比较注重休息，假期中是不会看邮件的。遇到这种情况你得去查一下你客户属于哪个国家，最近有什么节日。二是客户出差了或者参加展会了，一般都会受到自动回复邮件，里面会写明人不在办公室，将来哪天回去。三是客户自己个人原因，有事情不能及时回复，这个没啥可说的，就只有等了。还有一个原因可能是客户通过对比手里现有供应商price list，认为你报价不合理，暂时不理你了，不排除这种可能。这就需要你跟进的时候在邮件中解释清楚了。
