辛苦网络开发来的客户,第三次返单出现状况,急求援助!
实属无奈,第一次谈判,公司领导给的方案估计会惹怒客人,我暂时没有采纳,无奈情急,希望来到米课里面寻求各位的意见和建议!

简要说说事情:
我们的产品:LED照明产品
出口国:斯里兰卡
客户类型:批发或者零售商
开发途径:网络邮件
返单率:一年2~3单,但每次数量都不多,都是发散货给货代,因此推测他是零售商。每次都是发货前付清。
这次订单的问题:1. 有一款产品100个,灯光颜色搞错了,黄光做了白光;2. 第二款产品 RGB 球泡,1200个,发了库存。上一次买这种球泡已经是1年前,这次返单数量少,我便发了公司另外一个客户的库存产品,但是却忽略了质量。 总的来说,这次的亮度比去年发的产品亮度要低。

以下是我给客人的回复,以及客人直接在我原邮件里面的回复(粗体部分是客人的回复):

Dear Mr Daham & Mr Anil,

Good morning, thanks for your call yesterday. As we discussed, there are two main problems of last order:

1) The T5 led fixture light color should be warm white, but we send you white light.
Solution: We will provide 100 pcs of T5 LED strips with warm white color for free. And they will be packed well and sent to you together with the next order.

**We cant wait till next shipment and want to get it by DHL..**

2) The 3W RGB rotating lamp, you said the light is not as bright as the first order of last year.

Reason: These lamps branded Mazda Gold, are stock to Malaysia. Totally 1200 pcs, 40ctns. They are different led chips with the first order's RGBs, its lumen is a little lower than the first one, but all are QC passed and the materails all the same. We sold it with the price $0.75 to Malaysia.
We have reduced the lumen of the rotating lamps in this year beyond the requests of the markets we sold to, such as India, Malaysia. I should remind you the different quality in advance which I didn't. And I get the reponsibilty, and I am sorry for this

However, We actually sold them with the price $0.75 to you too. Please kindly refer to the bottom of the forwarded e-mails. We had cut 3% to the total amount of the last orders. So that we actually reduced 3% price of the RGB rotating lamps too. (From $0.78 to $0.75), same price with Malaysia.

About the solution, I thought of many ways, and I think the best solution on this situation is that , would you please cut down the retail / wholesale price to a reasonable level and sale them as the second class?

**Regarding this , We ordered this item based on last order quality and specifications. You never explain about the reduced quality (Lumens / watt) , If you said we not not order this item without checking the quality. You have reduced the cost not due to the quality reduced due to increased USD. We want you should understand , we can not sell the goods with low price with low quality , becouse our customer ask the quality. For example yesterday we sent this item 100 pcs to our customer order and he had returned the goods after checking the light. So we lost not only our order but also client.**

So we need a solution as Mr. Anil request.

第一点问题,其实是我自己搞错了光色,下单给工厂的时候弄错了,这个我可以COVER掉,至于DHL费用,这个实在是郁闷,但是如果真的要这样,也只能用国际快递邮给他。

重点是第二点,其实我发给他的产品虽然亮度第一点,但质量还是可以的。工厂也有苦充,因为他要的数量实在太少,我这边真的是每次都尽量想办法去备货。而且也已经多发了200只灯给客户;公司方面说可以作为免费补偿。虽然说,这次的疏忽,也是真的有我的责任,但是其实整批订单的货已经让利3%给他,如果他坚持要退货或者补偿,我们这边公司也是无论如何也不答应的,

现在呢,我们是妥妥滴收完货款,按道理说,我们公司是没有损失,但是我也不是这样的人,也是想长期做好这个客户。虽然客户每次订单量都不多,但是付款方式是OK的,而且每年都有返单,经常也有询价。我判断他们自己当地是有作坊的,但并不是我们的主打产品,订我们的货基本都是零售或者搭配销售。

各位大神,有没有啥好建议?小女子不胜感激!
