如何刺激客户在疫情期间尽早下单(附邮件模板)

上两天还在米课圈到处看文章想想有没有可以借鉴的文字,想法,来刺激刺激客户。昨天有看到@Judy家家 分享的文章https://ask.imiker.com/question/320182

上午和经理讨论,我们这个产品,现在需求降低,疫情之后会不会也有报复性消费之类的。领导说我们这个产品和公司的其他产品不一样,就算有起伏,也不会是过山车似的。但是订单多,交期可能会很长,而且价格也可能会涨。然后她就给了我一个邮件模板(原来早有准备),是针对其他部门的老客户和大客户的(有钱的),问问客户是不是要备库存,是不是要成为有预见性的那一部分winner。我觉得前面部分可以通用,可以和客户多多讨论下目前的情况。分享出来给大家供参考。

Dear xxx/Valued Partner,

In the past few weeks, COVID-19 has been spreading and influencing around the world. Apparently, now it’s also influenced the market’s activities more or less.

These days, we consulted with financial experts and talked to partners and customers in different markets, while most of them keep a very positive attitude towards the economical situations. The financial experts predicted that the markets would show a “V” or “U” curve, so there should be a big rebound after the current epidemic over.

In consideration of possible high-peak of production which may prolong the lead time and increase the costs, some of our partners discussed us to help them organize inventory preparation for them, which will allow fast delivery of orders with stable prices.

To support our most valued partners who have healthy credibility and good trade records, we would adjust the percentage of down payments for these pre stock orders to 10%.(此处根据各公司实际操作更改). So, if you have plans for pre stock, please contact with your sales reps to discuss on the necessary.
