yesterday I had a chat with 2b friend, his trading strategy is a little different with us. he knows little about English, even communication with customers by translation tools. but business did pretty good. I am impressed. we do trade as a sale, while he does as a buyer/patner for customers. he turns customers as his distributors to broaden customers' business line. to support customers. focus on servicing an individual customer, while we try to get plenty customers as many as we can...

when we do trade, we normally take it as sale sale sale...and push hard our customers to buy from us. if not buy, we easily fall in disappointment. it is too stubborn. we can think another way: take yourself as the partner of your customers. think what they think, care what they care. help them to bloom their sales. they get their customers, then you win them...help them to solve problems, automatically you will get. 2022.12.18
