Company intro:
Gembah is a U.S.-based, global company that empowers and enables product innovation. We are democratizing the product development process by helping entrepreneurs, e-commerce sellers and small-to-midsize businesses research, design, and manufacture products.
At Gembah, we understand that retaining the resources required to successfully create and launch a new product is a significant challenge for most businesses. From research and design to sourcing and vetting overseas manufacturers, there are many hurdles on the path to bringing a new product to market.
Gembah’s end-to-end solution was created with these challenges in mind. Our team of experts are an extension of our clients’ teams, guiding them step-by-step, regardless of where they are along the process.

Periodic on-site visits to the supplier factory at key points in the process
Lead or monitor communication between AM, customer and supplier on status, questions or problems

Escalate issues to your manager for additional support and visibility as needed
Regularly update status of projects in internal tracking app
Simultaneously manage multiple mass-production stage projects
Depending on the scope of Gembah’s work on behalf of its customer, you may track status or progress on the following aspects of projects that have entered mass-production stage: production, quality, shipping.
Phone/video/email communication on an agreed-upon frequency
On-site visits to the supplier factory when requested by the customer
