求助大神，Bluehost证书问题

事情是这样的：域名是4月买的，ssl证书是送的，一次3个月，到期后自动免费续，前天到期了，然后证书就出问题了。https出现红色感叹号，显示：您的连接不是私密连接，blah blah...于是我去Bluehost 更新证书, 提示：unable to renew the Free SSL Certificate for xxxxx.com - Expiration date of current certificate is more than 90 days out。 然后进security,提示：We're setting up your SSL - may take a few hours. In some situations, we may need you to take action. If so, you'll receive an email with instructions. For now, feel free to start exploring WordPress or jump into building your website.

是不是证书自动更新延迟的问题？那要多久才能好？
