老客户现在要求收到货物再付款，这种情况大家是怎么解决的？

合作2年多的美国客户，之前付款都是T/T100发货前，这几次是通过PAYPAL的。 但是PAYPAY费用有些高啊，2000多美金就要100美金的手续费，我问客户下次可以T/T付款吗？ 他却想收到货物再付款，邮件如下：

Thank you for your quick response and service. As vendors, we understand the high cost of PayPal. The service PayPal provides buyers, however, in the event of delivery or product failure or dispute is vital for us to continue to do international purchases.

Would we be able to apply for credit terms with your company so that we could pay the invoice upon receipt of the product? We have outstanding credit references and are happy to work with you to reduce transactional cost.
