我有票货到美国，走UPS双清包税渠道。外贸人都知道这个渠道时效慢但价格便宜，还有就是货一定要到了美国并且完成清关之后，UPS官方才会更新货的具体信息。我8月15号发的货，给了客户转单号，但UPS网站到现在迟迟没有更新，我客户现在怀疑我没有发货。下面是我用英文向客户解释UPS双清包税这个渠道的，但是我客户就是不明白，同行们有没有更好的英文解释？Thank you.
UPS special service with DDP service means that goods will
be first sent to HongKong or Beijing(uncertain), then take a special and slow
flight to US.
When goods arrive in US, UPS company wiill arrange
dispatching goods to the clients.
Its advantages are lower shipping cost and clients do
not do customs clearance and don't pay customs duties either, and disadvantage is longer shipping time.
