(17) Each Party shall defend, indemnify and hold each other, its successors and assignors, harmless from and against any fines, penalties, charges or expenses, imposed on or incurred, for violations of any law, ordinance or regulation caused by an act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of said party’s officers, directors, agents, servants, and employees or otherwise under it. Each party shall defend, indemnify or hold the other harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, suits, liens, and expenses (including those of the parties, their agents and employees) for death, personal injury, property damage or any other injury or claim arising out of said Party’s business and in any manner related to said party’s performance of this Contract.
