My 2021 main responsibility is to find distributors and partners who believe in our brands and products.
First of all, based on our own main products and advantage, I am going to focus on four industries including metal processing, advertising, electronics and auto industry. Secondly, according to local market, I am going to focus on three cities including Moscow, Saint Petersburg and UFA.
Generally one brand agent made a decision to represent a brand after serious evaluation and selection, especially the premium brand.With my current knowledge, there are four cases can be tried.
1. OEM for premium brand. Some premium brand need cheaper product models or cheaper brand for the low end market. (JAPAN TANAKA business model for reference.)
2. The self-employed after many years’ experience working in premium brand company.
3. Competitors distributors.
4. Customized products can achieve more profit and show R&D strength.
