被客户投诉质量问题了……
去年底开发的印度新客户,下了一单,三月底发货,现已收到货物,并在检测产品。下午找我说产品铸件缺陷问题,让客户拍了视频,的确有坑或是小洞。问题还不知道要怎么解决。老板让我想措辞,头大😭。问题处理不好就被客户永久拉入黑名单了🤯

昨天给客户写了道歉信,发邮件之前先给老板审核了通过了才发给客户。内容如下:
Dear Mr. XXX
Good day. We feel sorry to hear about the defects in castings.
We received your deposit payment on 2021/01/08. The production time is from 2021/01/08 to 2021/01/25.
There are only 17days for us to produce this order. So the goods are rushed and time is rushed. We may not handle some details well.
We feel sorry for you. Please send us your total inspection results. Let's find a proper way to solve it.
How many pieces of butterfly valves have the problem like your pictures? Please take clear photos of these problem parts.
Please list all the problems of the total butterfly valves.
Please allow us a few time to make a proper solution for you.

跟客户聊天中,客户说我们的产品质量不值他给的价值。其实我自己对阀门行业的价格与之相匹配的质量并不了解。这批货是外购的,购销合同也是老板跟厂家谈好的,验货的时候我感觉外观不够好,老板说不是大问题。提一下老板她自己在阀门行业有十几年了,一直从事外贸,而且她自己有做印度客户,对印度市场也比较了解。在我把客户发来的部分视频转给老板后,她并没有特别指点我什么。我的问题是自己联系下供货商反应下客户投诉的问题还是等老板跟供应商谈呢?
