如何应对客户的沉默,附上RFQ案例,请大家赐教。
我是做纸质展示架,也就是纸质货架的。因为我们产品是依附品,所以产品的尺寸,结构和外观都是客户定制的。
经常遇到询盘或者RFQ, 客户只说要买多少个纸货架,其他的什么也没有。我一般第一封邮件会问客户的尺寸以及产品的图片,可是客户基本上不回我。
附上最近的RFQ案例,请大家赐教。

RFQ显示的购买数量是1000pcs.

阿里巴巴上显示客户已经看了我的邮件,但是没有任何回复。
最近学冰哥的课程,说要直接给客户报价,不要错过时机,不过如果我们不了解客户的需求,尤其像我们这种客户定做的产品,直接发个产品报价过去,我觉得好像也不妥。这种情况,我该怎么办?直接报价,还是继续向客户介绍公司的优势。
我已经被这一类的问题困惑了很久,希望大神们能指点一二,非常感谢。
