第一封开发信居然是讨债+合作

各位学哥学姐老师们好，这是我打算发的第一封开发信 

2018年之前我还是一个学米课国内建站的好学生，努力搞我的维修设备小生意，同时也寄梦想于哪天在国外修设备。

事情背景简单说就是打着德国外企名号的合资公司，中方架空德方。我跟他们合作，在9台设备其中完工了8台设备之后违约合同进度款不给，尾款不给。

逼德国人撤走，独占设备和地皮，搬迁费。而我呢基本是面对大额订单失去冷静，毫无背景调查经验，失去付款条件底线，对客户太热心太主动，倾家荡产攻坚克难给他们服务，结果被坑了。我想要在起诉客户之前再跟德国人说一下，听听他的反应，如果说得不好，就直接起诉了。也不知道这样好不好，尾款能不能收回来，那可是血汗钱😭😭

热心的我，世界观被颠覆，原来国内企业是这样的呀。guan shang相互，人也变了。在绝望欠一屁股债的情况下，依旧没认怂。江苏建湖开了一个机械加工厂，打算翻身再起诉他们公司。同时也希望跟这个德国总经理（原来独资法人）接一些德国机械加工业务。毕竟德国人没坑我，他只是不知情。所以写了这么个东西，1是催款 2是想合作。

我的英语水平有限，想表达一些细节，又担心太啰嗦。结果精简成这样了，还是又臭又长。想请各位前辈们帮我提一些建议，如果不专业会被德国人笑话吧。还有对这个事情的做法，打算起诉想征求一下意见。

I am the owner of Wu xi NO.1 Repair Machine Tool Maintenance Service Co, a young man of 35 years old. Since the year 2016, my company and yours cooperate with each other in fitting and moving the machine tools and so on.

We do the service for your 9 machine tools, 7 of them were done well in the year 2018 January. Another called FB140 was done later. But the biggest wf240 boring was stopped because of the accident in SHANDONG by the truck driver.

1st one 7 small machine tools 60% after checked and 10% ending money , the Independent thing at the contract.

2nd fb140 boring machine tool ,25% after checked and 10% ending money , also independent thing at the contract.

3rd the wf240 , it need to be paid the Progress payment 15%. The Chinese master he didn’t want it to go on , and warned me in secret not to say anything to you .The wf240 stayed at our factory for over 2 years. He didn’t want to pay the 1st 2nd 3rd money , he want to sell the wf240 to me . Mixed the three things into one.

But the Chinese director said : for the 7 ones and the FB140,they won’t to pay any money until the big wf240 is done.

FOR the biggest one he have 3 ways for me.

1 sell the wf240 to me.

2 send it back to you.

3 go on mending the wf240,with few money add.

We spent a lot of time on the wf240 check workpieces、flaw detection、Disassemble、Smooth，translation the book , consultation with Japanese to get a good way for Overhaul Solution of wf240.

I respect German enterprises very much . German including you they are honesty, trustworthiness and justice. I believe in you not the company . So the repair cooperation was done happily at beginning , even I pay for it myself with no Progress payment of the wf240 .

It brought pain to both of us.

I open another factory just for Machining service. There are 36 Vertical Machining Centers and 24 NC lathes with inclined bed for more than a year.
