求助：客人要求签 Rights to recourse，能签吗？

各位大侠，最近谈了一个客人，已经到了付款阶段，他让我们把几条 Right to recourse 加到合同里面去

具体条款如下：

1) As the manufacturer of the products you are liable for any damage claims that may occur in the future with regards to the products manufactured by you.

2) It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to ensure that products attached come with all the safety labels that are deemed necessary by United Kingdom,Eropean Union and United states of America law.

3) As the manufacturer it is your responsibility to ensure that all products manufactured by you or sold by you to xxx LTD or agents acting on their behalf are safe to use and carry no risks to users of the product. You are liable for any claims against the products that you manufacture and sell to xxx LTD.

我们的产品是室内竹纤维拖鞋，这个客人主要是做线上的，主要在自己的网站，亚马逊，ebay，facebook上卖，这要是万一他的客人给个差评找我们索赔是很有可能的，他现在把所有的责任风险全都转嫁到我们头上了。

这个条款能签吗，请各位大侠帮忙出出主意，这是个新客人，这个订单利润还不错，
