ps:客人上年曾经也发生过发客户向当地银行申请货款的扫描件后，一个多月还未到账，几番追问下才说是他们进关的法规以及汇款程序变了。当时也是信了客人也是未收到钱之前安排好了生产，结果被老板来了个劈头盖脑的一顿。辛亏，最后收到钱。
To be honest we are really disappointed to know the the production didn't even began.
We made many orders with a very larger amount from other companies and they always begin the production as soon as they get the SWIFT since it's the absolute proof the money has been sent.
We really don't understand why you wouldn't begin the production moreover, it's not like it's our first time with you, we already made many orders and everything went well, you knows us.
Check again with your bank, the money is already sent long time ago on our part, but we really need you to begin or we will be very late on our deadline because of you.
