回复客户还价的策略邮件内容

各位前辈:

今天在工作碰到一个客户还价邮件回复的问题,和我上级产生了分歧,所以想请社友们指点下:

背景:客户在意大利展会上看上一种产品,然后找了我们公司,我按公司价格报价9.59美金,是礼品盒包装,MOQ1000pcs价格

          客户首先是回复价格far too expensive, 然后公司owner给我发邮件If you can give us xxx for $6 we can move on and work with you .

经过:经过讨论,$6的价格条件是更换为普通的抽屉盒,数量达到5000pcs

结果:我给客户回复邮件(是第一次和客户OWNER通邮件):

Dear Mr xxx,

Thanks for your mail and glad to know you in the loop 

I believe you can get many similar prices from china suppliers. But as a professional manufacturer and our team have over 7 years of experiences in European & American market. Our principle is supply our clients with good quality product and considerate after-sales service. This is the reason why our clients always come back to us. 

Please kindly know that our price is reasonable based on parts below:

  1) Good quality product

  2) Megnetic gife box

  3) Protective film bag ( product and box )

  4) 1C manual

And as you know, the pricie is negotiated according to your order quantity, the best price can be reduced one USD when your quantity reached 5000pcs

I reported your case to my superior and do my best to get the best price for building coorperation. After discussion, two suggestions are below for you reference:

   1) All parts is same:  FOB price is &9.45

   2) Changing package to DRAWER BOX or WHITE MAIL BOX, other is same: FOB pricie is $7, if your quantity more than 5000pcs, the price would be adjusted to $6.

分歧点:发完邮件后,上级看到后,直接说我的邮件大部分是废话,他给我的意思是,外国客户都是专业买家,不会废话,给的目标价,你不同意他马上会找另外一家,不需要讨价还价,或者说你按照他的目标价看有没有办法做就可以了。所以他的意思是,基本上只需要回复建议的第二点就可以了,其他的都是废话。

各位前辈,你们觉得这个回复邮件要怎么写?
