米问处女贴：看老外是怎么写船期delay邮件的

RT-背景是指定货遭海关查柜，船期推一水，Consignee投诉后，目的港那边的货代写了如下邮件：

Thank you for your email.

I do understand, however this is not uncommon.  Just like customs in Australia there are random checks with all origins.  I have requested copies of any documentation to show the customs check and will forward to you once received.

I have also checked what other options we have and unfortunately the below sailing is the quickest option as the cargo has now been cleared and released by customs.  If we are to withdraw the cntr out of the terminal now it will take approx 2-3 weeks to get the release from customs.

Again I apologise for the delay and we will send through the documentation once received.
