BH开户被要求身份认证了，求解答

今天BH开户，说我的信用卡被冻结，需要提供身份认证。现在已经把身份证、驾照和信用卡图片发给support邮箱（护照不在身边没发），有点忐忑。因为我的信用卡上的签名是我的英文签名，身份证、驾照以及护照上的都是我的中文名拼音，不知道能不能通过呢？

这张卡用了快6年了，之前美淘、德淘也都用过，没有出过问题。如果不能通过，可以换张卡重新支付吗？

另外，之后还要购买付费主题。是不是换张姓名一致的卡比较好？

The last four digits of the credit card, the expiration date, and the name need to be visible.

The system is designed to do this to prevent unauthorized accounts from being created.
