如何和大零售商的独家代理谈判?
这两天碰到一个欧洲的大零售商的询价,报价后,客人把我们的报价丢给他的独家代理跟进。独家代理一上来就给了一封很有气势的邮件。如何和这种大的零售商代理谈判, 请大家给点意见。先把代理的邮件贴出来:
Hi M,
My name is I.K. Our company is A company. We are the appointed exclusive agent for E company. Our customer Mr J has asked us to follow up on your quotation.
There are some specific requirements which we should advise you of so as to ensure there are no 'surprises' which might cause issue later into our relationship and these reqs should be clearly understood
And agreed before any orders are placed.
1) payment terms are 60 days transferable L/C.
2). We will require that you sign our trading agreement. (This is standard format for all large format retailers buying factory direct) we will send you a copy under separate cover shortly.
3) products must have all Eu approvals required for product type (CE RoHs Reach etc)
4) Factory audit pass reports on QA as well as S&E.
5) four language Instruction books English Norwegian, Danish & Finish.
6) evaluation and Golden samples must be supplied and courier at your expense.
7) artwork origination needs to be done by you based on a packaging guide which we will provide you.
I think it is important that we clarify these requirements early in our discussions so as to avoid any misunderstanding.
