In the pass
Customer A is one of most important Indian customer for me.
they are our regular customer, the frequency is 3 month per order. usually I am not develop more business relationship just receive orders from them. I think it is regrettable.
At present
This month company set a high target to me that I eager to meet.
the start, A was asking for one series similar product while I don't have any idea about it. when I taking the shower at nigh, I think of something that we can produce them if replace parts of light based on current items. I contact A at the tomorrow morning then send clear pictures to A, finally we make the deal for this order.
A few days later, I realize that need more orders then I want to cooperate more with A in near future. After search for A's website and instagram, I found they joined a big exhibition that they have big show one week ago. I realize we will communicate more if I compliment for their excellent performance. I did it but don't work when I ask for the repeat order after calculating the period about it.
time flies, I have another idea, A seems don't have much samples from us, so I make the pdf that each page including one series product introduction with advantage, product pictures, detail pictures, explosive view, parameter. there are total about 8 page that is concise. not only with pictures, also need with clear video. I upload around one minutes video for these series that one series is about 10 to 20 seconds display.
When I send all the details of new recommended products, I suggest the planned order for on time delivery because some delay will caused by factory move.
A agree to have some samples but planned order was ignored, A is a big company own many stores, I can not push them so tight.
At this moment, I have to analyze why I don't get repeat order or stock order.
maybe this order is big for us but small and not important for A, we are not their core supplier.
the second, although we cooperate for 3 years, but we don't have talk face to face and A don't have a visit to our factory. we don't have a very close relationship.
In the future.
I need to recommend and send more samples to A.
after move to new factory, I will arrange a video meeting with A and show the factory around.
more important, I will arrange my boss talk with A to show our sincerity.
