Saber认证报价之前需要提供海关编码原因

SABER认证是2019年新推出的认证，替代了之前的SASO证书，许多的产品慢慢的加入到SABER行列中，沙特为了统一规范管理出了SABER系统。

之前的SASO证书是所有产品集中在一份证书上，现在的SABER认证，需要根据品名来做申请，例如一票货有三个品名，那么就意味着要做三份PC，一份SC，SC是用于最终清关的文件（具体怎么做，可以看我上几期的视频和文章）

在做saber认证之前，都会咨询客户该产品的海关编码（最好是提供沙特海关编码），因为每个海关编码归属的法规也不同；

根据不同的法规，认证等级也不同，建材，食品接触，三岁以下小朋友的衣服以及其他法规是需要先验厂，再开始做saber认证；

以上海关编码，法规确认了，才会开始具体怎么安排做，资料也根据所属法规来准备。

一般准备以下资料：

申请表，进口商申明，产品照片，saber账号和密码，营业执照

产品照片怎么拍，产品的标签怎么做，还是根据所属法规的要求来安排。
