关于与客户往来邮箱的安全问题!
无辜的邮箱,用了8年之久的gmail邮箱在今年7月份被黑,一直都是用这个跟客户保持联系,可恶的黑客竟然私自删除客户给我的来信,之后以我的名义给客户写信要钱。其中一善良的客户竟然真打过去了,是打到一个英国人那,直到9月我才正经发现这事。更甚的是这之后我更换了新邮箱,就在刚才我在我的163邮箱(gmail用来备用的通知邮箱)里发现一封名为pay me off的草稿,日期显示是11.20。内容如下:hope your business going well, its the hacker that took little money from your client Jordan, i want to be honest and straight with you, when i hack someone i hack everything about him or her, i have all your emails and password, even the new password of your gmail account your changed, i still have the new detail, i just want to allow you do to business, that is why i have be silent, anyway here is the deal, i want you to pay me
我无语了,请教各位大虾,前辈,在保障自己与客户往来邮箱的安全上有啥措施或者高招吗?
我现在gmail已经弃用了,我改了密码,而且要求每次登录要短信验证码。同时我还发现一个新问题:gmail的短信验证码怎么有时候是106开头的那些服务号发过来,有时候确是联通手机号发来,我查了所属地是浙江湖州,什么情况呀???
另外新注册的企业邮箱也不敢在网站上公布了,只保留的留言功能。可这样会不会影响客户体验呢?
