让代收货款，是不是骗人的啊?有遇到过的么？

今年初的时候，偶尔收到个邮件，我就回复了下，然后有人打电话，给我聊了几句。具体说的什么我都忘记了，然后有了以下的邮件。看看是不是骗人的啊，有遇到这样的么 ？邮件如下：

Dear Staff,

It was nice speaking to you on the phone.

This is to inform you that our company have received your application
form, Also our company board member's of director have approved your
services as our company book-keeping representative in China, you can
now be receiving payments from our clients on behalf of our company
book-keeper.

All you need to do as our company book-keeper is to be
receiving payment from our customers as we supply goods weekly to our
clients. Note. in any payment you receive from any of our client's and process
the payment done at your bank, you are to deduct 10% commission per each payment which received for your services.

Therefore, Our company want you to kindly set up a bank account with any bank in
China, or if you already have an existing bank account. Kindly go
ahead to provide the details to start receiving payments from our
customers on behalf of our company as some of our customer are on
standby ready to make they payment as soon as possible.
