关于如何自查邮箱是否被列入黑名单

最近有几个客户给他们发邮件都说我的邮件在他们的垃圾邮箱。


1.我用的是腾讯企业邮箱，用了2年左右，收发信比较多
2.有绑定这个邮箱通过小满CRM群发邮件，他们是用mailgun群发分不同IP不同邮件标题群发上千封邮件，照理我原邮箱地址不会被拉入黑名单
3.我应该用公司域名的IP去查，还是现在我这台电脑的IP去查？
4.我用现在这台电脑的IP在http://www.spamhaus.org/查发现是有两个被列入黑名单

问题：
1.被列入PBL黑名单 那里解释是说This IP address range has been identified by Spamhaus as not meeting our policy for IP addresses permitted to deliver unauthenticated 'direct-to-mx' email to PBL users.
被列入XBL的解释是说It appears to be infected with a spam sending trojan, proxy or some other form of botnet。
This IP is infected (or NATting for a computer that is infected) with the Conficker botnet.
2.我换个新邮箱还是原来这个IP地址发邮件是不是也是一样？
3.怎么换IP地址的？
4.要怎么从黑名单中清除呀？
