产品合规声明，类似于国内的生产保证书，证书需要能够跟商品匹配，诸如品牌、UPC、part number等信息，该证书必须由进口商或产品的原始制造商提供制作，证书需要有明确的时间、及负责人签字，需标明产品符合的各种检测标准。
