客户的售后该如何回答?

 Referring to your below strange reply ,

Even we accepted your reply that defected PCBs will take around two months for fixation the end user without any technical background will not accept to hear this from our side! and even though how we could make our customers waiting for two months to fix their problem ? you already kept us waiting for 7 months to repair 3 PCBs so it is not a matter of fixation it seems to be some kind or careless to our business which is totally not accepted

Moreover what is the complicated process to take two months ? we need reasonable and logic reply please for our pending PCBS repairing process and please give more attention to our after sales service as your careless will unfortunately let us raise the problem to our chairman Mr. Magdy Adel to take an action.

-          If the 15 PCBS will take more than one week you kindly requested to provide new PCB replacement to fix our customers claims
