碰到一个问题,一个客户从google邮箱写开发信到送样得到反馈差不多刚好一个月的时间。按理说这是开发一个不认识的客户见效相对比较快的一个了。可是送了样品后客户回复如下
Hello,
We really liked your samples. We thought the price was good and the packaging was very nice. However, we are a very small business. The only time we are really busy is from November until February. We are busiest around Christmas season. Right now is the Summer so it's very slow for us. I think everyone is playing outside instead of buying our products. Ha ha. Anyway, you can continue to speak with me but we wouldn't even be ready to place an order until November when we start to get busy again. I hope you understand.

想听听大家的意见:
因为我们的这个产品是钢化膜,这种产品只要知道尺寸就可以知道大概什么价位,没有像其它产品那样常出新品来勾起客户的兴致。所以是想问,如果是你们,后期用什么的内容(或者说借口)来跟客户互动,保证不长期冷场?
客户会不会有其它的意思呢?是不是有敷衍的成份?
