前几天,刷阿里RFQ的时候,无意中发现一个比较大的客户发布了一个质量不错的询价,而且产品跟我们也很对口。迅速的报价了以后,隔了半个小时再去看,已经有12家工厂给他报价了。而且得知客户已经联系了5家供应商,我们是其中一家。在得知客户的邮箱后,迅速的做了一封详细的报价单发给了客户,并简单的介绍了自己。邮件是下午2点发过去的,客户是韩国的,过来大概10分钟,我再次打开我的发件箱的时候,发现客户已经查看了我的邮件3次。但是我并没有收到客户的任何回复。于是心里着急了,马上再去一封邮件 邮件内容大致如下:
I just got you have checked my email about the quotation for the silicone glass lid.
I'm sorry to bother you.Can i have your comments for our offer? would you mind to tell me whether you need other help?
I know there were many suppliers have quoted to you for this project.
Good company match Good supplier, would you mind to tell me what is first consider for you to choose the right supplier? price or quality?
Maybe our price is higher than other supplier,but we can ensure to give best quality product to you. if you want cheaper price,I will try my best to help you apply for adjust price.
I just want to help you finish this project together,if you are not busy,I want to have a call with you in your free time,is it ok?

过了10分钟,客户终于回复了!哇咔咔.今天太晚了,就说到这里,明天继续!
