报价后的电话跟进怎么跟呢？
结合案例:
Cindy: Hello, this is Cindy from ABC Trading in China. Is that Bob speaking?
(PS: 这句应该不用分析吧)
Bob: Hi, Cindy, it's me. How are you doing?
Cindy: I'm doing well, thank you. How about you?
(ps: 为什么不用"fine", 而是"I'm doing well."呢？Fine表示“好吧”，有些许的勉强)
Bob: Good. Thanks.
Cindy: Bob, I sent you an email last week, with the offer sheet for sloar light. Have you gotten it?
(ps: get-got-got/gotten, 在英式英语里面，got跟gotten是通用的，没有什么区别，但是在美式英语里，差别可大了。表示收到或者得到时用gotten, 而表示拥有则用got )
Bob: Really? I just came back from a business trip. I will check the email and get back to you ASAP.
(ps: "get back to you" means "reply you")
Cindy: Thank you very much. Please reply to my email or call me directly with any questions.
Bob: Sure.
