We have talked to the client. He has agreed to pay 5 cents / kg for the new order. You are our partner and we want to support you, so we too will pay you 5 cents / kg for this additional quantity from our commission. So in total, we will pay you 10 cents / kg for the additional quantity. Please send contract with addition of new quantity.

The client will take a total of 20,000 kgs. Please advise how much quantity do you have ready so client can make instructions of additional quantity. Please reconfirm the minimum per color is 400 kgs or 500 kgs. Please also advise if the client can order any quantity more than minimum per color or it should be multiple of minimum per color.

Please take excellent care of quality. This is a long term business. We shifted this business to you as we want to support you. Hope you will not let us down.
