-定期推荐产品,沟通和谐
到了四月,突然无情,内容如下:

虽然这么多年来早已习惯了如上同款“拒绝”,但是像这样“精神分裂”的客户我确实是第一次见,于是乎我立刻回复了过去:
Okay, I will do that.
But, last try, could you please advise what prevents you from giving me like a single chance?
分手总归是要有个理由的对吧,哪怕你就告诉我不喜欢我的英文名字我都可以理解LOL
很快,客户回复
Since you asked - I have preferred vendors I already have relationships with. If you have great pricing I would find you in xxxxx. If you don’t pay to be in xxxxx I don’t find you.
客户说到这个X,我三年前弃用了,因为我感觉不如自主开发的客户质量高而准,当然慢一些。客户邮件意思很明确就是不考虑新供应商。当然我内心是无语的,但是外贸人那“该死的温柔”不能丢掉,我接着回了过去:

We respect your way to find reliable sourcing partners, but honestly that's not the only method.

1小时前客户突然发了“疯”邮件,附件了几十个产品,内容如下.
I will give you a shot at this. I have attached a long list of items that one of my client needs. I put together this spread sheet with a catalog number and a link to the item on a current web page. Each item is listed twice in the sheet. I have to invoice the customer by the County so you will need to add potential quantities together to get the totals. Currently, we are looking to print all with the attached 4 color logo. It can be process or 4 spots.
For you to quote the shipping on all of these items is going to be difficult. I will have to ship to address for this order when we are done. And some items may not be ordered and other has 4 potential quantities. If You can quote with out the freight and we can figure out the freight when we are done that would be great. I think some of the quantities will go down on the final order. Some things might have to be bought domestically because of time.

询价要求之宽泛,产品之繁杂瞬间让我有一种直接想回绝的想法(主要最近也忙),另外就是觉得之前是你TM要分开,现在又回来,把我当什么了。但是转念一想:面子算个屁,客户是上帝!所以我准备还是先给个回复,不过不是现在是明天早上再给回复 “Received, will see what I can do for you, thanks”. 不想立刻回复是想让他知道老子也是有脾气的,哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈。说实话,其实呢直觉告诉我客户目前的想法就是想用我们免费劳动力,离备胎还远着呢。但是呢,希望总比绝望好吧。当然,全部处理是不可能的,一是没时间,二是没必要,有松有驰吧,你想想谁会珍惜一个“舔狗”呢?“舔”也要“舔”的有气质。
