信用证操作相关事宜

一个波兰客户，要求做信用证

发来以下两段话

生平第一次接触信用证，不太懂。所以连夜把冰大的信用证相关的学习一边

还是有点糊涂上一段说延迟90天付款，下一段写提交资料就付款

希望哪位前辈指教一下，万分感谢

Instead of prepayment made in a few months before shipment we would like to order to ING Bank issuance of L/Cs in favor of you for 100% of the contract/order value in 7 working days after confirmation of purchase order. The L/C will be valid for 4-5 months and will be available by deferred payment - 90 days after B/L date.

There will be an offer of discounting of L/C for you made by ING Bank included in each issued L/C. Such possibility will allow you to get payment in a few days after presentation of documents under L/C (so the payment will be available for you much earlier than the arriving of the vessel to the port of destination).
