1. "Take it with a grain of salt”:
保持怀疑的态度
It is an idiom that is used to encourage a healthy amount of skepticism. It means to accept a statement or information, but to be cautious about it as it may not be completely or always true.

“Take it with a grain of salt”是一个谚语,用于鼓励合适的怀疑态度。它表示接受某个声明或信息,但是要谨慎对待,因为有可能不完全或不总是真实的。

This idiom is often used when talking about data, new studies, predictions, rumors, or personality test results like Myers-Briggs.
该谚语经常用于谈论数据、新研究、预测、流言或像MBTI这样的人格测试结果。

① It’s very likely that these studies are correct, but I’d still take them with a grain of salt since they haven’t done any follow-up studies to verify the information.
② You should probably take your horoscope with a grain of salt.

2. dead-on" :means accurate.准确的

For example, you could be dead-on about your impression of someone or you could actually put together a report that was dead-on in terms of analysis.

Anyways, that sounds like the MBTI test result was dead-on for you.听起来这个MBTI人格测试对你来说很准。
