网站被SPAM BOTS攻击，现在网站被服务器供应商阻止进入，显示ERROR 403

供应商说我们的博客文章下面的留言表格没有验证码保护，所以被攻击了，具体邮件如下：

I added the entries to the .htaccess file of the application. However this would not solve the issue as the form is not protected with CAPTCHA.

We can allow you access to the application from your IP address, so that you can add CAPTCHA to the form. You would also need to delete all the comments from the database of the application via PHPMyAdmin.
