客户说太贵了,6种沟通小技巧教你应对

客户提到价格太贵了,以下6种方法去应对,废话不多说,附上英文话术文案!


1. 不让步价格,改换一个小条件

2.了解客户的预期参考的产品

What product is you purchased or inquired? Could you show me some photo?

如果客户表达不清的话,争取让客户视频聊天


3. 客户诉苦,说没利润,要求降价

——跟客户强调,我们是正品工厂,给客户的就是销售的最低价,我们稳定的价格也是为了保证客户的利益,维持这个市场的秩序
