关于客户收到样品说少部件的回复

之前我有在此圈提一个问题：客户收到样品说少了部件，这是个很严重的问题，客户觉得样品都出这么大的问题，大货我怎么相信你们能做的好？

这是之前在一个小工厂的时候发生的样品事件，说实话，我也很惊讶会有这事发生。后来客户放下了戒备心，打算下样品单，但因为价格老板不愿意任何让步，并且数量要求客户凑一个高柜，客户觉得市场竞争比较大，不敢冒这个险没有下下来。

9月份上海家具展之前我来到了现在这家，漳州名列前茅的，有历史年代的铁木结合家具工厂，比较大型工厂，各个职位都有人，我们业务只需要做自己的事情就好。这个客户也跟着我过来了，也在报价阶段，希望能有个好发展。
