重新出发！在此立下 Flag, 尽力完成如下任务清单，希望对大家也有帮助，欢迎交流。
任务：
⬜ Use Google Trends or Keyword Research to Search for terms like “shower chair Malaysia,” “walker for elderly Malaysia,” “commode chair Malaysia.” and see which products are trending in search.
⬜ Talk to Freight Forwarders & Customs Brokers. These professionals often know which categories are growing because they handle the shipments. Ask what products they see commonly imported.
⬜ Connect with local distributors and resellers, as some may post product trends.
⬜ Look for brands hiring for product managers or sourcing roles in DME—they often indicate what type of products they're expanding into.
⬜ Sources Market Data via Statista, Frost & Sullivan, Mordor Intelligence or Local trade associations (e.g., MDA Malaysia may have public data or links).
⬜ Search for Industry Reports on: “Malaysia durable medical equipment market” and “Mobility aid demand Southeast Asia”
⬜ Use tools like SimilarWeb, Google Trends, and Ahrefs can show search demand and traffic to competing sites.
⬜ Check the price ranges of target client(to see if my offering could be matched competitively).
⬜ Reviews mentioning user pain points or desired features.
⬜ Look for Best-selling models (e.g., foldable walkers, height-adjustable commode chairs) the best sellers on Amazon (global), eBay.
⬜ Build a website showcasing my OEM/ODM capabilities and optimize it with keywords like “OEM shower chair manufacturer” or “custom commode chair supplier.”
⬜ Find local sourcing agents, build partnerships with them and see if they could introduce clients.
⬜ Use directories from: Medical Device Manufacturers Association (MDMA) 和 American Medical Device Distribution Association (AMDDA) to find members with contact information.
