报价单后给客户的邮件
拉斯维加斯的一个客户在广交会上和我们聊了很久,还到我们办公室去参观了,后来寄过来来了很多样品让我们报价,用量核算的同事就在第一时间内把用量核算出来,报价单做好后就发给客户,但是一直过去8天了,没有收到客户的一封回信息,于是老板要求给客户写一封邮件,问一下客户是不是嫌我们报价过高,同时给客户说一下作为百丽的供应商,我们在价格和质量上都有优势的
Dear ABC,
Sorry to disturb you .It is more than one week since i sent you offer sheet ( bags with rivets and studs)
Do you have any comments in regards to our offer sheet?(ex. materials and quotations)
I wish to provide you with this additional information :
1、We did not make samples ,Our estimate quotation based on the samples we received from you
2、Considering CA65 test requirement ,some stones may will be removed from the bags,it will lower the cost of the bags and we can negotiate a revised price for you
3、We have cooperated with some of our larger European clients and as the supplier of ISE BELLE(a well-known mainland brand)for years,we dedicated ourselves to providing our customers high quality products at very competitive price
