But as we talked about, the prices that you gave me are higher than other prices that I have received…this customer is very conscience of costs…especially now, because there is an additional 10% tariff on these items. Will you review your prices again and let me know if you are able to offer any lower prices?

过年前已经确认了样板质量,但是客人说价格问题。我就一直没有正面回答,到年后也没有及时跟进,经常说要回复跟进,一会儿就忘记。
今天回复邮件说了公司可以给3-5个点的折扣,因为工厂扩大现在搞活动。客人回复我已经下单给别家了
总结: 一位美国包装公司,免费提供白样免费寄样,最后卡死在价格上。我觉得很大原因是我没有抓住客人的心里重点,没有思路,胡乱猜想,不敢电话沟通。😂😂但是下次遇到,我仍然不知怎样跟进,有没有米友可以支招?
