打感情牌拿下一个小柜订单!

此科威特的客户是4月份在广交会认识的,回来速速发了报价中间跟踪了好几次终于在5/19号回复我了并下一个小柜单,可惜邮件一打开数量太少了,好吧!我承认个人比较贪心就按照客户的款号增加接近我们的MOQ,结果CBM有38个方就跟客户建议增加到一个平柜;另外跟客户建议45个货号太多了一个小柜装不了就跟客户协商能不能增加数量并删除个别货号,结果悲催了客户直接秒杀了!

As you know, the price we sent you is based on our MOQ 300pcs/per item. Some of your quantity is really too small to handle. The production cost will be sorely high. Considering to work with you, we reduced it again to the best we can do, but it's still too many to load into the container. Please find the revised SC in attachment, can you remove the items with highlight yellow.

两天过去了,还是没有回复赶紧发邮件过去跟踪下:

看来客户还是想下订单,只是数量的问题!之前看到BERRY同学特别会打感情牌,这次邮件口气特别注意了,也一改风格试试看,结果还真不一样,米问是个满满干货的地方,很多资料可以学习借鉴。

Please find the updated SC for your reviewing. We totally understand you need all the items. We checked the CBM again, accordingly our experience it's really too many items load into 20GP even we accepted the quantity for most of items.  Some of items is really too small to handle and we adjusted a little quantity to the best we can do. This is our first order and work together, hope both of us make the effort to close the deal and make business win-win, right? Now, we need your help to remove only four items which yellow highlight. These four items have a gold color, maybe you can test the market firstly and if it's OK and then you can order it next time. What do you think?? Your kindly understanding and help will be highly apprecaited!

本人性格比较急,所以邮件直来去的,估计以前也有得罪不少客户!!所以童靴们可以学学打感情牌这招,虽然不一定适用每个客户但是至少不会得罪客户给客户留下比较好的印象!!
