专做男士真皮皮带和钱夹的我,刚刚SOHO一个月多一点。这周一的时候,我收到了LinkedIn上第一个询盘(如下图),而且是一个德国boss发过来的,当时高兴得不要不要的。看了客户网站和介绍,做挺高档的服装和配饰,卖价也挺不错,客户品质非常好,而且很快来到广州面谈;虽然我没有接触过真皮女包类,想着这么好的一个机会还是必须得尝试一下,问了客户一些基本要求,然后赶紧联系筛选出了一家我认为不错的广州工厂。
看了客户网站上零售的产品,参考他们的风格,从工厂那边筛选加整理了十来个款式,做一个份漂漂亮亮的报价表,前后花了我差不多一天的时间。高高兴兴报价发出去,客户说抽时间看看。昨天终于等来了客户的回复,告诉了我以下合作条款。其它点我觉得都没问题,看到第二点,我就觉得问题来了(但我还是努力跟客户沟通,看是否可以做20%定金,尾款见BL COPY,但是客户回复:I am sorry but we only pay LC 30 days after FOB or DP 30 days after FOB.),我目前还是一个小小的SOHO(混了好几年,希望大家不要嘲笑我哈),这付款方式我handle不了啊,真皮包的货值高,而且工厂那边是要收定金,出货前付清尾款。资金实力不够,而且对女包也没啥经验,想想还是算了吧,有时候懂得放弃也是好的。作为咱米课圈的一员,这么好的机会肯定是要给到我们自己人。
以下是合作条款:
before we can start working I send you our general terms for your information.
GENERALS
- Confirmed incoterm will be FOB. (means seller send goods to port and our forwarder will handle transport to Germany). Local port, customs and delivery charges have to been burden by the seller.
- Only LC 30 days after FOB or DP 30 days after FOB. Costs for LC or DP goes to beneficiary’s account.
- Goods are free of rights of third parties
- All garments have to be azofree, disperse dye free and nickelfree. Also all goods have to follow REACH regulation. None of the chemical of them have to been used for productions of the goods.
- The chosen goods have to get the buyers labeling. All goods does not have any trims, logos, embroideries of different brands.
- It will be confirmed only one purchasing price. Upcharges, mold costs, sampling charges have to been burden by the seller.
- Before the goods can ship, the seller have to send the buyer one pcs per color of each style, on costs of seller, to check and release the shipment. The samples are for free.
