The 7 安装问题

用the7 做了 三个网站， 目前在做网站的时候遇到了这个问题。 

英文是用的最新的Wordress的版本。 4.6.1  和一天的The 7 不兼容了吗？  Page 页面， 点击添加元素没有反应啊。 

问客服要了Ｔｈｅ　７　z最新的安装包， 希望可以解决问题， 结果提示如下。 怎么破？ 跪求大神赐教。
