“I received a complaint from my costumer that he got hurt because every time he fills out the rack because the Display's edges are sharp, so he told me that he do not want this kind of display to use inside his stores. I checked one of the display sample that I have in my warehouse and I found that it still sharp inside. (Kindly find attached pictures)

客户说他们有个别客户反馈说用了我们的产品(大展架)后,手被割伤了。 这可怎么办好呢?
其实大货在出货前都是有验货的,是客户指定货代来验货,而且我们做货的时候已经进行过“磨边”处理。但是出现了割伤问题,客户很担心未来的货也会出现同样的问题。怎么处理回复客户呢?
