The $4 i quoted to Tom this morning is high clear glass, the Anti glare matte is a little expensive than high clear because its production process is more complicated than high clear one, it takes more process to make sure the Anti glare function. That's why it can be used in some special environment. 说明价格区别
Will develop a new exclusive mold of this model for you to produce samples for check before mass production.

I am surprised that first of all you are trying to play games with me (on Skype I first told you that we are happy with the matte glass and then you gave me the $4 price and now you most that doubled it).
I already have prices for matte, tempered Asahi Glass, antiglare for $5 each (1000 pieces), so you have to do better.

Sorry about the price at this morning, the matte tempered glass is offer different function compared to high clear one, you are expert in this field, must be know more than me. :) 主动抬高客户身价，不管他专不专业，先肯定他。
As we all know that there are many different kinds of quality in this market various from raw material, tempering hours, QC step, package design, after sales service etc, What we can do is offer high quality as always, we already have good reputation in this field, maybe you also heard something about us. :) 说明质量差异啦，毕竟一分钱一分货嘛
10'' matte glass we can offer at $5 , while 11.8'' is much bigger size than the 10'', all the cost is up, we need to make sure every piece item is with perfect condition when you receive it. We never lower quality to lower price.

Why matte glass is expensive than high clear one ?
1, The raw material cost is higher.
2, The process is more complicated.(3-5 times)
3, The attrition rate is high, for example, we need to prepare about 1300pcs raw material to produce glass, and we get about 1030-1050 pcs finished item, finally get 1000pcs perfect item after our QC check. All these cost is up.
4, The Anti-glare matte glass is used in special environment, it's exclusive model only produce for you based on your requirements.
