一篇专业的Newsletter包含哪些内容呢?

是不是很多米友还没有正式地给客户发过Newsletter吧?

其实Newsletter既可以针对终端客户,也可以针对TOB的经销商客户发送,就看你的内容侧重点和发送的目的了。

我们部门也是最近才启动这个项目,打算做成一个Monthly的regular的工作,受众主要还是经销商,让他们知道公司的各项进展,并且尽量做得专业

让他们感觉这家公司做任何事都是具有专业性,条理性,前瞻性。

以下是我们部门会后整理的COMPANY NEWSLETTER CONTENT,非网络文章!仅供参考,欢迎一起补充交流。

COMPANY NEWSLETTER CONTENT

1. A Spotlight or Profile

Profiles highlight a specific person or team in the company and what they do. Could focus on organizational structure, showcase an employee who does something unique for the company or industry or focus on a particular faction of business.

2. FAQs

A certain question that customers or clients keep asking, a particular product problem .

3. An Editorial by an Industry Expert

An opinion from a manager in the office, to utilize their knowledge and ask them to write a column for newsletter. They can share their opinions, ideas, advice and anything else they want to share in their space. Not only is this a good way to engage your readers, but also it will help get our coworkers be more involved in connecting with our clients.

4. A Letter from the CEO, President, Founder or Other Leader

Any significant progresses in the last few months or an exciting milestone in the last quarter. To explain what the company has done in the past few months and where it is going in the future. This section will add a personal touch to our newsletter and help establish an emotional connection with your readers.

5. Product Reviews

Company newsletter doesn’t have to focus solely on our industry or our company – we can add an entertaining touch by writing a product review. We can review any product: an app, a new electronic device that is particularly interesting, unique software for computers, anything.

6. Event Recaps or Announcements

To announce events happening soon or post a quick recap on a recent event. We invite your readers to your upcoming events or thank attendees for events that already occurred. It will help our audience feel included and involved in our business.

7. Feature Stories

An article like this to feature our company’s founders, an interesting historical event in our industry or any other related topic.

8. Popular Blog Reviews

A blog post or multiple blog posts that were particularly popular in recent months from our dealers or end users, we can reflect on them in our newsletter. Could be some excerpts or summaries with links back to those posts. This is also a useful way to get repeated traffic to our blog.

9. Company News

A new product announcement or any company updates or etc. This also includes meaningful

And funny Team Building activities.

10. Statistics or Infographics

A more numbers-based approach, infographics and statistics are a solid way to reflect our company or industry success in recent months. We can also use a section like this to show what kind of numbers we are predicting for the next quarter. Infographics tend to draw attention, so they are a good way to show our clients solid information about recent growth within our company or industry.

11. New Partner introduction

Did our company just start working with a new partner? We can write them a personal letter in our newsletter welcoming them to our network. Not only will this bring attention to our company’s growth, but it will put a spotlight on our new client and help them get more attention.

12. A Survey or Poll

Since newsletters tend to reach a pretty broad audience, we can include surveys or polls for our readers to participate in. We can also present results from previous surveys or polls. A survey can ask a wide variety of topics about personal opinions, experiences or desires. Keep an open mind to all the possibilities and have fun with it.

13. Photos and Graphics

Showing pictures is an easy way to add depth to our newsletters, and they can accompany almost all of the previously mentioned content ideas. Whether our photos show some of the inner workings of our business, our product in action or a recent event, it is sure to capture the attention of our readers and boost interest for the article it goes with.

14. Business videos

Provide a short tour of our business or any TV show business videos. It may link to our Youtube channel.

15. Upcoming trade shows

Give them a general preview of our upcoming exhibitions details, such as booth number,exhibitions introduction and new products which will be displayed.
