谷歌账户被停用

前天还可以正常登陆，昨天早上到办公室就发现被停用了，郁闷！

还好邮箱没有在gmail里面，不然连邮件都看不了了。
另外google账户管理员其实也是我自己，管理员账号就是创建子账号用的，adwords，webmaster等绑定的那个账号每天都是正常登陆。打了上海北京的客服电话，他们也没办法，只能坐等谷歌的处理邮件。Adwords里的钱倒是可以申请退回，现在也不能确定能不能恢复。
这段时间广告本来就是暂停了的，也没有做什么违规操作，每天到站长工具里看看收录情况而已。为什么被停也不懂，有相似经历的朋友冒个泡，告诉我怎么恢复账号的？谢谢了！
