大师帮忙看看邮件这样写可以吗

​老师,我想问一下,我接手了一个客户,他的货是2019年得,后来疫情一直到现在,客人一直嫌船运费贵不肯走货,前些日子老板说给他优惠三个点作为运费得补偿,他还是不同意走货,这种情况该怎么办呢?麻烦百忙之中帮忙看一下,谢谢

Everything is ok by your side?What is the current status?By the way I wanna to know what about your sales plan and when will you ship your goods.As you know,your goods s have stayed in our warehouse for nearly two years,now our warehouse is so full that we can't proceed smoothly.Aside from this,the rainy season is coming ,it is diffuclt to store the goods.We need to pay more attention and money for the goods.Kindly understand us.Would you please ship them with the discount 3% as our boss's talked about?So it can east your freight stress and you could get a perfect profit.
