加上客户的What’s app后，先给客户打个电话，告诉他你加了他的what’s app, 然后根据客户感兴趣或要求的东西，告诉客户你要用what’s app发给他，让他查看并回复；

4 怎样给客户推新品：

不要只是单纯的推新品，你更要站在客户的角度，去关注他的情况。他最近生意怎么样？卖的好不好？有没有需要我们帮助的？或者你去店铺看他的销售，给客户提一些建议，客户会觉得你很为他着想，而不只是单纯的想推产品给他；等把客户的问题解决了，你再顺便推下新品，这时客户接受度就会高很多；

5 催单邮件：

邮件写出来需要有“我整个都是在为你考虑”的意思，而不是通知你；写邮件也是个技术活，既要能达到你的目的，又要让客户感觉你是在全身心的为他着想才这样建议他的。
