如何回复客户货期问题

下单前:

在其他问题确认清楚后,首先建议在客户确认所有细节后,在下单前跟生产确认给一个大概的交期给客户,并告知客户工厂排单的顺序(比如按付款先后排单)。

如:After checking, the delivery time will be around.....working days. But we’ll redouble our efforts to finish them in advance if possible. According to our company rules, the production will be arranged according to the time we receive deposit. As there are loads of clients order with us everyday. So in order to get the goods earlier, we strongly suggest you pay deposit asap. 


客户下单后,如果发现库存不够,可以这样回复:

1.即使库存不够,重新生产的货期仍然在之前承诺给客户的货期范围内:

可以不用告诉客户,生产完如期发货就行;

2.如果库存不够,重新生产的时间会超过承诺给客户的货期:

需要告知客户目前客户数量和重新生产的具体时间,则可以给客户选择:

(1)如果客户可以接受新的交期:则改订单交货期;

(2)如果客户无法接受重新生产:建议客户先拿库存数量应急,改订单出货;

After checking with our warehouse, i’m afraid the stock is not sufficient. Another client paid before you and took some. We’ll have to produce the rest for you, which will take....days. Would you mind waiting for another.... days ? 

Here are 2 options left:

Option 1: If you can wait, we’ll strive to finish them earlier if possible. 

Option 2: If you can’t wait, could we ship the stocked items for you at first? Then we’ll modify the order and invoice for you.
