搞错报价,客户很生气,通过邮件怎么道歉

客户刚付完款,发现有个规格搞错了,导致报价有点偏差,最重要的是供应商原材料价格刚好上涨了,毫无预兆地上涨了,如果维持客户PI的原价就血亏。

跟客户阐述完事实后,客户非常生气,让我直接跟她老公聊这件事情,但是一直不接电话不回短信。

于是就有了接下来的道歉邮件:

Hi xxx and xxx.

Good day!

Please check the current price list for XXX, including 20 inch (100g), 22 inch (100g) and 26 inch (120g). (把正确的,最新的价格表更新给客户)

As the manager of XXX, I sincerely apologize for this mistake. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you. I complained about myself all day today, I made a big stupid mistake. I made 20 inches XXX price in the invoice for your new order but you asked for 22 inches. I had an Australian client always asking for 20-inch wefts, I sent the wrong quotation. Thanks for your understanding and kindness. XXX is not only a nice mother but also kind to everyone. (先对自己的行为表示非常抱歉,也承认是自己stupid。然后要给他们扣个帽子,谢谢他们理解,虽然还没有原谅我们。)

I understand your situation. When I got a message from you, I know you started to sell hair extensions again and then I felt very proud to said to my team, XXX came again, I believe them! You know what, the last order was in December last year. It passed about half a year. You may not know, I told to my team XXX will become our biggest partner in Australia soon at the beginning of 2021. If you still remember, I sent many emails to share the market information with you before. Lois is not a sales manager only, I really hope I will be your loyal, long-term partner for the business. So I can promise, what the price you get is always our best price. We don't want to make any profit from last year. We are trying to help you with the business, with your brand, even if the brand stopped for the being time. (跟客户说,我们团队一直都是把他们当成partner一样对待的,所以价格都是给到最好的。这个潜台词就是说,我们也想保持PI原价给你们,但是如果按照那个价格,我们就会亏损。)

Actually, when I noticed my stupid mistake, I tried my best to do something and then I found, the hair material market is really chaotic(同时跟客户阐述一下市场的现状), and the currency is not stable now. There is no space for us to make it. So what I can do for you is try to pay the charge fee if you would like to pay for the extra fees OR cut down the quantity of some colors.(进入主题,我们目前可以做的解决方案有什么,然后我们这边可以支持什么,因为前面铺垫了我们没什么利润了,所以这里只能说帮他们承担一下两次银行转账的手续费而已了) Lois is not a bad guy who is trying to charge you more. I hope XXX will get their growth soon. I can't promise you to get the best price in China, but I can promise you are getting the best hair quality and durable quality in China(这个客户是非常注重质量的,所以还是要强调我们不改变任何质量). 2021 is not an easy year, the hair material market is chaotic not only for the price but also the quality. But we will keep providing our best quality hair extensions. I remember your point is also Quality First.(市场再乱,我们不乱)

Finally, I really want to say SORRY to you. Lois is stupid today but only today,
I promise, I will pay my highest attention to everything in the future. Thanks
for your kindness. (最后还是感到抱歉)

发完邮件之后,客户第二天就让说他们选择调整数量。后面还有持续合作中,虽然一年涨了三四次价格。下一次可以分享一下跟这个客户的下一次涨价是怎么谈下来的。
